Having worked in the industry for 20 years and heading various Block Management Divisions, the founding Directors of Blake Phillips saw a gap in the market where the demand outstrips supply for a company that is led and driven by quality and not quantity. Having worked for Corporate leaders and medium independents it became clear what clients were disillusioned with and what they really wanted from their Property Management Services. This was all taken on board and a new refreshing look at property management was born in Blake Phillips Limited.
