Control your Budget:
We will conduct a review of every budget three months prior to the service charge year end and liaise closely with clients to agree the budget. During the year, we work closely with you throughout the year to ensure tight financial control.
Our team regularly review spending, reviewing the budget versus actual costs ensuring tight control on all expenditure.
Financial regulations:
Service charge funds are kept within the Blake Phillips client account, with each property having its own interest bearing accounts in accordance with RICS & ARMA regulations.
